Following the evolution of the COVID-19 situation, we reserve the right to make the necessary changes to the information below without notice. We will continue to adapt our best practices according to the guidelines communicated by the Public Health Agency of Canada and local authorities.

Please note that our stores are closed according to government guidelines.

It is possible to shop for our furniture and decorative items on our online store kifkifimport.com.

Our home delivery and customer support services are maintained.

Warehouse order picking is suspended.  

Our stores will resume their activities on Monday January 11, 2021, at the following reduced operating hours:

Kif-Kif import at Quartier DIX30 in Brossard
Monday to Friday: 11h - 18h
Saturday and Sunday: 11 a.m. - 17 p.m.

Kif-Kif Import in Laval
Monday to Friday: 11h - 18h

Our protective measures for everyone's safety

Health and preventive measures have been put in place to ensure the well-being and safety of all. 

  • We ask you not to come to the store if you have symptoms of COVID-19, if you have been diagnosed or if you have been in contact with someone infected with the virus;
  • We carry out a daily check on the state of health of all our employees;
  • Entry regulation to limit the number of people in the store: 4 people from the same household per Kif-Kif Import Advisor;
  • Priority to pregnant women, the elderly and people with reduced mobility, nursing staff;
  • Hand sanitizer containers are available to our customers and our advisors;
  • We strongly recommend the use of a mask during your visit
  • We invite you to take care to respect the physical distance of 6 feet with Kif-Kif Import advisers and other customers in the store;
  • It will not be possible to touch the furniture and decorative items, but your Kif-Kif Import advisor will accompany you in your shopping experience;
  • All invoices are sent by email in order to limit exchanges.
  • We will only accept payment by credit or debit card;
  • Access to the toilets will not be accessible to our customers;  

 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Is pickup in store still available?

    Pick-up in store is only possible for furniture on display, purchased and brought the same day. Shop personnel are not empowered to assist you in packing, handling and lifting a product or loading your order into your vehicle. In order to ensure the safety of our customers and our advisers, we have temporarily stopped picking up in stores for all products that require handling by 2 people, depending on the weight and volume.

    Is warehouse pickup in Montreal available?

    Yes, only by appointment.   

     

  • Are home deliveries still in effect?

    Yes. All our delivery services, including the white glove service which includes assembly and installation, are maintained but adapted to strict sanitary measures.
    Please note that free deliveries are curbside. You will need to collect your order on your own from the back of the truck. Depending on your delivery address and your order, Sans Souci delivery options (interior delivery to the first room of your home, without unpacking) and / or Gant Blanc (order unpacked and installed in the rooms of your choice) may be offered to you. by our logistics department.

    The new measures implemented ensure the safety of our warehouse and delivery staff. They consist, among other things, of a daily health check, an increased hygiene protocol, reduced operating hours and a new contactless delivery procedure. To take account of public health directives, the organization set up revolves around small teams in order to reduce the number of people on the site. Please note that the application of these new measures could cause exceptional delays for our delivery service. We kindly ask you to keep a distance of at least two meters at all times with our staff and to have a pencil at your fingertips to sign the delivery slip.
