White glove service

Kif-Kif Import can offer you, under certain conditions, a personalized delivery and installation service for your furniture in Montreal and its suburbs.


Our logistics department will confirm a delivery date (a Friday or Saturday) by email.

You must be available between 7 a.m. and 21 p.m. on the day of your delivery.

The estimate for a 4-hour time slot will be communicated to you no later than the day before delivery.

Curbside delivery

Our delivery service guarantees optimal quality by working with a local carrier who will drop off your order at the doorstep outside your home.

The product will be left in its original packaging. Please note that installation and unpacking are not included in this service.

We are happy to offer curbside pallet shipping service to meet your needs, especially if you reside in remote areas.

This option ensures that our products arrive in perfect condition, while providing additional convenience for you.

In partnership with trusted carriers, we ensure secure deliveries from Monday to Friday. Once your order is ready, the shipping company will contact you directly to organize and schedule the delivery day, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.

What are the delivery times for the Montreal region?
  • Delivery times vary depending on areas and truck availability; 5 to 15 working days are expected. These deadlines apply to products in inventory.
  • We will contact you to schedule your delivery date once your order is ready. 
What are the delivery times for orders shipped on pallets?

Once the order has been shipped from our warehouse, our delivery times are as follows, depending on our shipping partners. 

- Ontario 3-15 business days
- Quebec 3-15 business days
- Alberta 10-14 business days
- British Columbia 10-18 business days
- Major cities nationwide 10-18 business days
If I am told that I am outside your delivery areas, what should I do?

We would be happy to provide you with a personalized quote. To do this, please contact us by email at info@kifkifimport.com by indicating your postal code as well as a detailed list of products that arouse your interest. We will respond quickly with different delivery options tailored to your needs.
Can I choose my delivery date and time?

We offer you predefined delivery dates and you can accept or refuse them. If you refuse, we will offer you a new date as soon as possible. The day before delivery, we will email you an estimate of the 4-hour time slot. It is important to note that full and final payment, in accordance with your sales contract, must be made before delivery is scheduled.
I received my delivery, but the product is damaged. What should I do?

If you notice any defect or damage, please contact our after-sales service within three (3) working days following delivery of your products.

Each complaint will be examined carefully, and we will choose the most suitable solution while preserving the integrity of the product.

To contact our after-sales service, please fill out our online form indicating your invoice number, as well as your name and email address.
