  • Pick-up in store is only possible for furniture on display, purchased and brought the same day. Shop and warehouse staff are not authorized to assist you in packing, handling and lifting a product or loading your order into your vehicle. In order to ensure the safety of our customers and our advisers, we have temporarily stopped picking up in stores for all products that require handling by 2 people, depending on the weight and volume. Warehouse pickup is available by appointment only, Monday through Saturday.
    Please make sure that the vehicle used for pick up is suitable for the safe transportation of the goods in their original packaging. The Product Warranty applies to merchandise leaving the Kif-Kif Import Store in its original packaging.

    Kif-Kif Import cannot be held responsible if the goods cannot be loaded into the vehicle due to the dimensions and / or weight of the goods. Once available, orders must be picked up within 7 days or they will be returned to our warehouse and weekly storage fees may be charged from the eighth day.

    The majority of your orders are shipped FREE *, our local delivery area, according to our curbside delivery service, fees may apply for remote regions of Quebec and for other provinces of Canada.
    You will be responsible for collecting your order on your own inside the delivery truck. All of our delivery services, including Sans Souci and White Gloves services are maintained but adapted to strict sanitary measures.
    * Exceptions may apply for products or orders outside formats, special orders.

    Accessories and small products
    Accessories and small products are delivered by standard shipment with FedEx, UPS or Purolator. Orders are delivered Monday through Friday.

    Larger products and / or orders
    Larger products and / or orders can be shipped and / or delivered by:

    - Our delivery teams from Friday to Saturday. The Kif-Kif Import logistics service will communicate with the customer to organize and plan the day of delivery.

    It will take around 7 to 15 working days for delivery depending on your destination.
    To take account of public health directives, the organization set up revolves around small teams in order to reduce the number of people in the warehouse. We anticipate additional delays in order processing and delivery times. We thank you for your understanding and your patience. Please note that these times may be longer for deliveries to remote regions and special orders.

    Kif-Kif Import can offer you, under certain conditions, a personalized delivery and installation service for your furniture:

    - No worries (interior delivery in the first room of your home, without unpacking)

    - White glove (order unpacked and installed in the parts of your choice) can be offered to you by our logistics service.
    We will contact you to arrange a delivery day as soon as possible.

    On the day of delivery, our team of deliverers (or partners) will call you to give you a 4-hour delivery time slot.

  • For normal use, our furniture is guaranteed for one year on construction defects. Please note that the grain of natural materials such as wood may vary and this is considered a clean characteristic and not a defect. Wood is a living natural material that can react to the humidity and drought that surrounds it, its contraction and expansion are part of its characteristics.

    The movement of wood is most often associated with fluctuations in humidity. Therefore, try to keep the relative humidity in the area of ​​your wood furniture between 30% and 40%, and avoid any sudden temperature difference.

    What is not guaranteed:
    - Small natural movements of the wood.
    - Warping of wood less than 0,6% of the width (transverse grain) of the wood surface. surface cracks smaller than 2 mm (1 / 12 ") wide, cabinetwood product deflection (resin, glue and wood pulp) fills above or below the level of the wood surface of less than 2 mm (1 / 12 ")
    - Stumps and other furniture made with planks of wood greater than 3.     - Damage caused by misuse or misuse (grease stains, oil, round of heat, use of chemical cleaning products ...)
    - All wood components used outdoors or subject to abnormal humidity or prolonged exposure to moisture.
    - Shipping damage, unless it is a packaging problem.
    - Work performed or damage caused by third party installers.

  • Within 7 days of purchase, you can request a credit note for any item that is not right for you.
    After taking payment of your order, you have 48 hours to request an exchange or a credit note. You must return the product to us in its original packaging, assuming the shipping and / or handling costs. For normal use, our furniture is guaranteed for one year against construction defects.

    When receiving your order, please ensure that you have received all of the products ordered. It is recommended that you review your invoice before delivery personnel leave, and advise them of any discrepancies. Please indicate on your invoice any incident occurring during delivery and contact us as soon as possible. Kif-Kif Import and the carrier will not be responsible for a problematic situation which has not been indicated on the invoice.
